Introduction to Data Centre SHE Management:  Overview of the fundamental concepts of Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) management in a data center context, including its importance and basic responsibilities. Understanding the strategic role of SHE management in maintaining a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible data center. Leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive SHE management strategy aligned with organizational goals and international standards.
Safety Management: Basic understanding of safety principles, including general workplace safety practices and the importance of creating a safe working environment. Implementing safety management systems, including hazard identification, risk assessments, and the development of safety policies and procedures. Leading the design and execution of advanced safety management systems, including the integration of safety into the data center’s operational culture and the use of advanced safety technologies.
Health Management: Introduction to occupational health concepts, including workplace ergonomics, employee wellness programs, and the importance of mental and physical health in a data center setting.  Applying advanced health management strategies, including the development of occupational health programs, monitoring employee health metrics, and implementing health improvement initiatives. Leading health management initiatives, including the development of data-driven health programs, the integration of health monitoring technologies, and the leadership of health-related crisis management efforts.
Environmental Management: Overview of environmental management practices, including basic waste management, energy conservation, and understanding the environmental impact of data center operations. Fire Safety and Emergency Response: Basic fire safety principles, including the use of fire extinguishers, evacuation procedures, and understanding emergency exits and alarms. Developing and implementing fire safety plans, including conducting fire risk assessments, designing fire suppression systems, and organizing emergency response drills. Contractor Safety Management: Introduction to the basic principles of managing contractor safety, including the importance of ensuring that contractors follow data center safety protocols.
